I can mainly speak from me and my compadres experiences with AA women and they tend to be the least likely to give head to a dude outside of a relationship. I think its a cultural/religious thing, I ran into that problem down in Jamaica where there's definitely a stigma attached to giving/receiving oral sex, some girls will do it and some won't but no one down there will admit to partaking in it. They believe that a person who does oral isn't capable of satisfying their partner with their cock/pussy.
