Are the Indian women in London (and UK in general) like the ones in America, or are they more of a ghetto underclass? If I went in the Indian parts of London, would I be able to pick up desis, or would the IRT's psycho cousin slit my throat?

Indian girls tend to be more traditional, but you do get some attractive westernised ones. Young Indian lads can be more ghetto to be honest, but like anywhere, there's a range depending on background. Indian family units are much more cohesive in general.

People from actual India (not Bangladesh or Pakistan in case you were generally referring to South Asians) are mostly aspiring middle class. If you read that story Bojangles wrote about his family its like that for 95% of Indians, and females are under much more pressure from their families than men so you will need to be more subtle and more logistical. That said whenever i see groups of British Asians on a night out in London its always endearing, their pickiness when it comes to what they drink, the way they get dressed up for it, the kind of venues they go to. It betrays the cultural misidentity they have, the conflict from their extremely traditional families and growing up in the West on MTV and hip hop culture. Its an interesting demographic that no one really cares to understand deeply. British Asian culture in the UK to most people is something like Curry, Bhangra, East is East, Bend it like Beckham, Konnie Huq, Cornershops and also Cornershop the band.

Majority of Indians are hindus or sikhs in UK, so rest assured none will slit your throat.. Since you are white, better check background as many browns are muslims as well, mainly pakis and look remarkably similar.
Its not tough nut to crack to game Indian, especially in UK, but stay away from ghettos(east London, Wembley, SouthHall) where they carry traditional mores.
Indian women carry extra layer of tradition and don't want things to get out in open especially among her social circle.
You can target new arrivals, as they are modernized back home, and get chance to get adventurous here, and do have fantasy for white dick, while 2nd generation still may be carrying old morals.
In Conclusion, you need extra 1 or 2 step in your game kitty.

In my experience some Indian/UK girls can be incredibly naive. possibly due to their upbringing. I've known some absolite stunnders who didn't know it. I've also found a lot of them have proper princess complexes, again maybe from their upbringing. Massive generalisation but I generally find Indian/UK people to be pretty safe. In London though a lot girls you see of the brown colour are likely to be bangladeshi/pakistani.
