I was looking on the map and saw a little piece of land next to Lithuania that didn't seem to belong to any country. Upon further examination I discovered that Kaliningrad is a part of Russia.

There doesn't seem to be any intel here on the forum about the region. A quick search on Badoo shows that the women there are quite impressive.

Has anyone ever been to Kaliningrad? What are your impressions of the place?

I checked it out. Is there anything specific you'd like to know? It's standard FSU strategy: you'll need to speak Russian to game. I forgot the name of the club I went to, but it was modern, upscale, good talent, smoking allowed inside. I got opened several times (the universal do you have a light gesture), but conversation was not possible due to language barrier. Another cool thing is Immanuel Kant's grave is in Kaliningrad.
