US Tax reform Negotiations considered Secret, closed for 50 years
http://www.businessweek.com/articles/201...r-50-years

US senators are negotiating using a blank slate exercise for tax code reform. This means that a senator has to advocate for all tax positions, this also means that they have to be advised on which ones to keep because unless you are a good accountant US tax law is not easy to understand.

So, in order to keep these senators from getting destroyed in the news when they advocate for tax credits like oil and gas depletion they declared all of these proposals secret for 50 years.

Sounds like the kind of thing that will lead to a draft bill which will be signed into law in the evening of some holiday when no one is watching.

looking for a new signature.

I bet if Anonymous wanted to get this info, they could. If it's on a computer, it's accessible.

If somehow, for all of their rich friends, they got rid of the the non-resident US citizen taxation I would be very happy. But it's doubtful since new legislation is going the opposite direction.

Anonymous isn't really a coherent organization of hackers like many people think it is. It's basically made up of 999 parts angsty teens, and 1 part actual hackers using the angsty teens and neckbeards to provide a distraction. In other words, the vast majority of Anonymous exists to provide crowd cover for the actual hackers(think lulzsec) who do the hacking we all hear about although there's no membership so it's hard to assess their capability at any one time. For every Anonymous "Op" that is picked up by real hackers, there are probably 10 that aren't.
