A little short on specifics. We have never had a culture until now where it's socially acceptable to not be married. We will see how many men can achieve things without a great woman behind them and a focused (restricted) sexual life. No debate though that guys who focus less on new pussy and invest their time and resources in creating something great for mankind can go down in history books more than all the guys in history who've bedded 50+ girls and not much else.
If you can find a woman that takes care of you and eliminates more distractions in your life than she creates good for you.

I think this article brings up a very good point...sex (whether with someone else or yourself) is a tremendous drain on physical and mental energy. This is something that was well understood by most cultures in the past. I know that contemporary medical science tends to disregard this claim, but my experience and intuition strongly confirms that there is something to the idea.

Too much sex makes me tired, cloudy-headed, and lazy, just like jerking off. I always feel more energetic and motivated when it's been at least a few days since I've shot a load.

If I'm really into it and it's been a while, though, sex tends to give me a positive, relaxed vibe without making me apathetic, however, so I think thereis a sweet spot.

Partially for this reason, I do view the player/pua lifestyle as a temporary thing. For me, learning game is more about developing my social skills, creating cool memories, and building reference experiences, rather than just getting as much snatch as possible.
