As lame as it sounds, it has really struck a nerve with me and I try to watch it a few times a week. Although it appeals to numerous aspects of life, I like to use it for gaming (probably not the original intent of the clip, but, ya know, whatever).

I watch this a lot before I go out and I replay it in my head whenever I feel approach anxiety. Not saying I push through every time, but it definitely helps me to block out any irrational thoughts about the consequences of a rejection and gives me more confidence to approach.

In addition, Sadhguru has A LOT of great insights in his many videos.

This is great. Never thought about fear this way.

I thought about first approaching women but also skydiving. Skydiving is something that I have continuously feared, but why I do I fear it?

I fear it because I am scared to die, which is simply a thought and not reality.
