Interesting, I've found the same connection between Jewish girls and handjobs.

It depends on the quality of the girl, and if it's the first date. If she's so hot that I can still have a very satisfying orgasm, I won't hold it against her. In fact, I will be satisfied with the delayed gratification. This is also dependent on me having a reasonable chance of seeing her again. If it's the only time I'll see her, of course it's sex or bust.

Also, I would NEVER take "I won't have sex but I'll give you a handjob," for an answer. I do not let girls tell me what to do.
