I wasted years in my 20's not getting laid. I just got pissed off at women, and if you're not a rock star and you stop pursuing them, they don't pursue you so you're sunk.

I didn't grasp that they are practically all incapable of approaching-- looking back on it I was just being emotionally stingy. It's just the way they're set up.

I've done this. Due to being oversexed by the wrong kinds of women.

At various points in my life, I'll have 3 girls in rotation, and not that into any of them.

In these situations, the girls could sense it, and their strategy became something along the lines of draining all sex energy available from me at any cost. Pushing for meetups more than once per week, initiating sex an hour or 2 after banging, and worst of all, trying to get me to fuck them without a condom "just this one time".

It always takes me a few months, but realizing that I want no future with these girls, I quit them cold turkey. Oversexed to zero pussy is jarring, but it's the only way I know to build precious mojo back.

The more comfortable you get, the less you're growing as a person. Then you feel complacent, and the women's subconscious betaization agenda take over. This is ok if it's the right girl, and you're ready to get started on a family. But anything less, you're selling out.

I find that hitting the "reset button" is the only way to regain the motivation required to chase & win new pussy. Leaving your comfort zone is the best, but also hardest choice to make.

Sure, I miss the girls sometimes. Plus I believe that while you can replace roles, you can't replace people. Each girl was special to me in a different way. But when when I look at the women I've won since who were more beautiful, had more love to give, treated a man better, etc. compared to being a lazy lion, I know I made the right decision.

Always gotta remember this. And often they show interest in ways more subtle that we expect. Sure, sometimes they're quite overt, but often they're much more subtle even if they find you VERY attractive.

Sex is the same as any drug. Self control is only conditioned through intentional, periodic abstinence. If your entire life revolves around finding sex, you are a slave to women, and that defeats the entire purpose of the manosphere's teachings, in my opinion.

I believe in quality over quantity. Being a man isn't about bagging anything with a vagina and a pulse, it's about having the self awareness, discipline, and intellectual capacity to selectively engage the top percentile of an increasingly low quality female population.

Much like hitting the gym, doing the same thing consistently will only push you towards an inevitable plateau. Take a break - regardless how long - being sure to properly reflect during that time. When you enter the gym (or game) again, you'll be more concentrated, focused, and have a greater appreciation for self improvement and hard work.

Intentionally? A little over a week. A girl I had on rotation until recently loves... man sauce (???! couldn't think of an acceptable euphemism....). I wanted to impress and I did not fail to. It was not easy, though.

I've had times in my travels where I didn't even care to have sex because I knew I wouldn't find the locals attractive (Peru, Ecuador). Even the gringas in many instances were wack. I still enjoyed those places for what they had to offer culturally and had a blast in the process.
