Central Russia vs Southern Russia
Hello, I will be in Russia soon for work. I was wondering the differences between these two places, more specifically Krasnodar region and Samara/togliatti region? I've read about them regarding weather and other stuff, but would like to know more.

IMHO Krasnodar is much better
