Inspiring Lifting Video
this is a young powerlifter whose specialty is the deadlift. he can lift over 800 lbs and is aiming for 900. in this video he talks about how he prepares for a deadlift session.

This was pretty cool. I never would have guessed a powerlifter would have used so much visualization. It must be effective as well as you can see he gets a bit amped up as the video goes on.

Its also the truth as if I am having a hard time or frustrated with something my workouts are awesome when i go to the gym. This guy manufactures that energy all of the time.
