I personally don't like to be associated with the millennial generation. I graduated HS in 2011, and frankly, i didn't learn jack squat in the establishment. I am glad i was able to find the manosphere and be exposed to the truth and the way the world really works. But i honestly don't have a lick of hope for my fellow millennials. Just look at them and see what they produce. I am trying to distance myself from this politically correct and tolerating bullshit society, but my options are slim.

They brought us this economy, lowered our "values" (lol), and think they know it all. Little do they know that they were trashed on by the previous generation for being "good for nothing".

My first thought at seeing this post:

Apparently I'm a millennial. I don't suck. And I am not sorry.

But then I watched the video. It looks like it supposed to be humorous and point out the hypocrsy of the generations (X, Baby Boomer) that criticize the millenial generation. Saying stuff like how most millennials graduated to enter a recession. And the job market is mostly made up of part time jobs. And the recession was created by a housing bubble that started in the 90s (before we were born).

Did I get that right?

The real question I want to ask these fellow millenials is: "What are you going to do about it?"

So...you finished high school only to find you're in a recession. What are you gonna do about it?

So apparently, the most jobs out there are only part-time. What are you gonna do about it?

So...X,Y,Z. What are you gonna do about it?

Even if there are valid criticisms and points - complaining about it will accomplish nothing.

The Boomers really did fuck up the country. It's actually not even debate able.

It's easy to say, "Just fix it!"

How can you just fix these problems when Boomers control who gets elected (due to larger number of voters), Boomers are in tenure contracts that prevent them from being fired from jobs in higher education and thus squeezing out the new crop of Phds, and Boomers all get seniority benefits at their jobs.

I think the Millenials are for the most part a bunch of whiny brats.

But they got fucked over good and hard and it's going to take more than empty slogans to undue the damage Boomers have done.

The truth is, the previous generation did us (milennials) a favor in a way.

There may be less opportunity for the masses but there is still plenty money to be made for the determined. Fortunately, your only competition is some hipster in a Free Tibet t-shirt and the old guy that raised him.

It's incredible once you realize it, so let me help: millennials are playing by a different rule book.

Boomers simply cannot acknowledge that young guys are beefing up and dropping out because drop outs get rewarded with their daughters' pussies.

In fact, the harder they white knight and deny it, the more powerful millennials become. To admit the reality means feminism failed. And so many boomer failures are riding on their delusions: feminism, banking, retirement, immigration, etc.

I do not think people realize just how far America has fallen. Back in the golden days, everyone was rich. America had SO MUCH FUCKING MONEY, all you needed to do was show up for your job and you'd make bank. You could survive, EASILY, on just 5000 dollars a year.

Which is arguably the defining characteristic of the millennial generation (although stronger with the younger millennials - think high school graduation 2006 & after). Whether it be the constant rush of sardonic tweets, annoying vine videos intentionally acting like an idiot in public, posting dumb links on facebook from theonion, instagram food pictures, being the first generation that grew up with social media has made it a very annoying generation.

Social media has simply made society significantly more annoying, and it started with millennials. Everyone thinks they're extremely important now when they aren't.

Well I'm not so lucky to be born in USA I'm from a country where people always had at least 2 full time jobs to support their family without any luxury. Yes I'm millenial but I work my ass off doing at least 70 hours a week to have my dream.
Boomers had easiest but generation after boomers had it harder then millenials.
It's always been a circle of up and downs. So blaming and pointing finger at me that I'm not from US it's just funny. Go ahead ask any EE guys how hard the have. Then we can talk how hard USA people have. In matter of fact USA citizens are acting like spoiled brats....
