You have no idea who she is? This has happened to me a few times including this past Friday. I glanced at this one chick and she gave me the look like she seen me before. A minute later she ends up approaching me asking if I remember having a convo with her last year. I was like, "nope" and ask her what my name was. She responded correctly. Not much happened after that. What would you guys do in that situation? Do people in general really expect you to remember shit like that?

It's a huge indicator of interest. She could be serious or she could be completely making it up and only know you through someone else talking about you. Who cares? If you're attracted to her make some moves.

I've had it happen before and I've never really cared. I don't have a great memory for girls I haven't fucked and I've had the reverse happen to me. It's not really a big deal.
