I view it as a larger problem. People nowadays have no shame, morals, or ethics. People view their stupid acts of degeneracy as something to be proud of. Whether it is sleeping around or doing drugs, it is viewed as cool and encouraged. Can you imagine the reaction this would have garnered in the past? In a just world, false rape accusations should have a much harsher penalty than actual rape.

The consequences for a man wrongly convicted of rape are infinitely worse than for a woman who has been raped. The man's life is permanently destroyed. He will spend many years in prison and quite likely will get raped multiple times himself -- a far darker event for a man than for a woman.

In the real world, false rape accusations can be and are made all the time with complete impunity.

Think about this: if this idiocy didn't happen to be caught on tape, it is very possible that this dude's life would be essentially over.

If anyone is good with photoshop, it would be great if there was a text bubble by the guy, "Ya dude I'm about to eat this chick out" and one by her mouth saying, "oh ya baby eat me." I am sure someone can think of something better. Or she could say, "Ya and then afterwards when I am embarrassed for being a whore, I am gonna file false rape charges."
