I pretty much gave up on the roommate idea. Been checking out studios and 1 bedrooms on Craigslist. Hell, theyre only like $100 more. Its not worth it to be miserable for $100.

I found a really, really bad ass studio in a great location but its a little more than I want to spend. The owner emailed me twice today about checking it out so I think hes desperate to get someone in. Im hoping I can get him to drop it down a little. But then again, im considering moving out of state next year so I might just get a cheap ass place to sleep and fuck in.
