Not exactly sure what you mean by over game, but I'm assuming that your rap has gone long and you didn't escalate. Probably because you were too scared or too timid.

A chick that has been amped up and then not rewarded, Recoils from your touch, and checks out of the conversation.

You prevent this by physical escalation.
You remedy this through jealousy or fear of loss. Almost like a freeze out.

I don't have a specific woman or situation in mind, but I do know that some women require more game than others to keep them interested.

A 9 stripper at a high-end LV club who has men literally throwing money at her; has multiple social media accounts with hundreds of male followers fawning on her; has a low attention span and high need for adrenaline... She's gonna require more game than

A pretty elementary school teacher who spends her work days interacting with female colleagues and children; has a more mild mannered personality and hobbies that don't involve clubs; good impulse control; lower notch count

These are kind of cliched examples. What about the less obvious ones? How do you know when you've gone overboard with things like negs, indifference, radio silence, ogling other women in front of her and so on?

If at any point in your interaction with a woman, you're investing more than she is, you're overgaming. Except in the case that spiking your investment is a strategic play.

A woman will generally convey to you, via body language, how you're "doing" at any given time. Whether you're boring her, exciting her, turning her on, entertaining her, etc.

If you pay close attention to her body language, you could easily take the words out of the equation and still arrive at a very accurate picture of how a woman feels at any given moment.

If you're interacting with a woman and you're fully present, aware, and tuned in to her body language, you'll get the distinct feeling in your stomach that "she's bored" if you've yammered on about your daggum fishing lure collection.

Or you'll see her eyes light up in mock chagrin when you tease her a bit.

Cultivate awareness and attentiveness and you'll quickly catch on to any feeling that you might be overgaming or undergaming, or whether perhaps you shouldn't be gaming at all in this specific moment.

Also, seduction is a give-and-take process. You might feel like you're laying it on thick at one point, and yet it might just be the best move strategically in that situation.

The tides can easily turn later on when she feels comfortable, she'll start to talk your ear off and you'll be able to sit back while she invests in you disproportionately. This is the basic dynamic of having "hand". Because she's invested more, she has more to lose. She's invested 100 points to your 50. If you walk away, she loses twice as much as you.

So overgaming in a given moment isn't necessarily an indication of how you're doing overall.
