If you're going to raw dog chicks then do it in a country that isn't a member of the Hague Convention nor has a bilateral treaty with your country (I'm assuming most here are American and Canadian).

Japan, South Korea and Taiwan are pretty safe places to do raw dogging because they're patriarchal societies (won't put an unknown male on a birth certificate without his permission) and none have signed child support treaties. It's also extremely taboo to be a single mom in East Asia and especially a single mom of a mixed race child.
Philippines and Thailand: sure they haven't signed these treaties but the women might do something like hire an assassin to go after you or she might be insane enough to try to immigrate to your country and sue you over there (in that case the local rich girls of those countries are potentially more dangerous than hood rats. The hood rats can't spend $20,000 to go to USA to sue).

Sure. I've raw dogged many girls on the first night and have never busted a nut inside any of them. Even with girls I see regularly, I always pull out unless they're on their period.
This why I recommend making girls chew their food.
