I can remember I was reading an article at Puatraining.com and somehow a link brought me to ROK and since then always pop-in like everyday.
When I started reading ROK's posts, I did some research online and I was seeing all manner of negative stuffs said about the site.I didn't stop reading em(ROk's posts) because I knew deep within me: I was being told the truth; and of course the truth is always bitter.
Yeah! I'm not saying I'm that good in terms of gaming and stuff. But ROK is like the best site I'd recommend any real man to join.
Candidly speaking; because of some re******s reasons and stuff; I've not always personally agreed with every view point on ROK, but the truth is that I've positively learned a LOT about 85 % of the time... A lot of lessons that I believe would guide me as I approach adulthood...

Because of ROK; I got over approach anxiety. I stopped putting women on the pedestal. I began to see them just the same way I see men. I mean, I could approach ANY man out there and start a conversation, so why can't I do the same with women? In fact, physically too- I'm stronger than most girls out there, so why should I be scared of approaching em as if they'd SWALLOW me? Damn! This mindset has always been my driving force; and believe me, it's always been successful...
I'm grateful...I think I should drop a couple of donation someday soon...

ROK and RVF have helped me with my game too. You should see some of the shit I've been getting away with with these girls. I ruined a girls Christmas on purpose only for her tell me she loved me a week later after icing her!!

Give us a rundown man. How old are you? What was your experiences before and after?
Have you had better relationships/ONS's? What have you done to improve yourself?

Definitely in the same boat. I've always had the thoughts and ideas, knew things weren't right with current times. Reading the articles tied things together in my head and helped me realize the shit show around me. What I love about it the most is its like a broad spectrum of knowledge. Health/fitness, game, culture, economics/wealth, mastery, history, and even military.
Sounds odd but it actually helps me think better and understand more undertones of what's going on in certain situations.
It has hurt relationships I have/had. Currently I have some people and family angry with me over thoughts that I've shared, but its dirt off my shoulder. I know these red pill ideas are hard for most to handle. While they get mad and upset I just keep on doing my thing and I'm way happier in my life overall.
A lot of people would rather suffer from compliments than to be saved by criticism.

Lol. I'm a 19 year old student. Black; and I live in Cyprus. Well; before, I was shy of girls and stuff But now; it's no longer the same.
Reading ROK's articles(which caused a change in my perception on girls) and heading out to talk to random girls changed my game...
