Can't help you with the tinder. But on getting offline: tell her the discussion has been fascinating (or some other superlative; you want it to sound like you are hamming it up a bit) and why don't you guys exchange numbers?

Give her your number first; when she gives you yours, text her a la the text recipe in the second edition of Bang: "hey it's <name<m how are you doing?" "<blah blah>" "cool, do you want to hang out this week?"

In an in-person pickup, the point that separates a nice conversation from a real sexual exchange is when you start touching her. Online, that point is asking for a phone # or asking to meet up. If she demurs, you're not really a candidate.

Chicks will chat/text with anybody for a few minutes of attention and distraction; if she won't make plans with you you know she's not really into it, if she will, you're gold.
