According to white-chick feminism, Shakira, 37, is "emotionally abused" and a victim of "domestic violence," yet she is proud and happy to have her soccer-player boyfriend, 27, controlling her artistic decisions by prohibiting her from making videos with male actors/models.

Female popstars are lame.

I think Chrsitopher Hitchens view in women in comedy could be applied to them.

There's no reason for them. We don't need to put girls on any more pedestals than are already.

Interesting idea. I was just thinking of this. Here is my theory.

Most females come into this world as biological "stars." They get attention by their looks (even average ones). But in order to get noticed as a male in society you have to do something.

This is why music by men usually has an emotional resonance music that music by females doesn't. It's do-or-die for men. Whereas for women, the music is often somewhat narcissistic, basically aiming to shock or say "Look at me!"

This theory is not 100 percent accurate, but explains why a lot of the deeper, more innovate music is by men and a lot of disposable pop is made by women. And to a guy who is 18, this theory might appear to make no sense at all, because women have so dominated pop in the last ten years that our ideas of "good" and "bad" have been turned upside down.

That said, some of my favorite artists are female, but they're either really disturbed mentally, lesbians, or seriously unattractive -- which means they have to deal with the world like...men.

The same goes for female comedians. Show me a pretty girl and I'll show you an unfunny girl. No matter what TV producers try to shove down our throats.

Don't get me wrong, I like some female singers, but the whole female popstar thing is off to me.

I work a lot of female singers.. I think they tend to have high T levels.

That's true of ALL creative pursuits DOBA yeah?
My fav female singers are also like those you mentions.
You'll find a much greater range of variance in terms of not just creativity,spatial and cognitive awareness,intelligence and in general behavioral patterns of men than woman... The bell curve,so to say is wider (and I suspect higher) when u measure these for the male demographic.

Expanding on your comedienne point, most comediennes are not funny...and usually go for shock value or self related comedy....gets predictable real fast

Shakira has nothing to do with Latin culture. She is culturally Lebanese, just like her whole family. Point stands, tho, but if I were you all, I wouldn't care too much about feminism : It's just a sand castle waiting for the waves to hit it and make it disappear.

That's why I am not too concerned for the future. I get the impression there's going to be a sort of red pill style conservatism come back in the future driven by the latino vote.

Feminism is unsustainable and demographic death is what will come of them. Latin are the best.

There are always exceptions, so just to be a dick for General purposes--Sarah McLaughlin , Joni Mitchell, and Natalie cole, who when she gets gong is like a hurricane of emotion and is grand by any reasonable standard

BEcause feminism, which is dominated by white female, is a shit test to the white male, they want to see how much white male tolerates, that is why they don't attack latino male like they do with to white male, just look for couples of latino man and white american woman or when a white woman move latin country, they don't behave like they do in anglo countries.


This is something white men love when they go to latin countries, they are treated with respect and devotion from women because they are raised that way, many macho cultures really teach girls game to its females.

I noticed that when females get in music that are less inclined to just let the music speak for itself - instead they have to also include themselves as part of the package. Yeah there's plenty of male artists like that too but at the same time there are many guys who are perfectly happy being in the background as producers, songwriters, not constantly placing their picture all of the album cover/lyric sheets etc. I can't think of too many female musicians that want to be involved with the scene without also making sure that everyone knows who they are outside of their music. Female artists aren't content to just merely be a musician they also want to be fashion models, actresses, humanitarians, or whatever.
