At first I was going to post this on the 'okcupid' thread, but I think this vid may be worth its own thread.

Kassem G just posted a video an hour ago interviewing people on Venice Beach about 'online dating.'

Here's a link starting at what I think is the most notable part… a solid 8 initiating contact with a normal looking dude (skip to ~52s in the embedded video).

I'm curious what the forum's guesses are with regard to what prompted this girl to open. Let's examine the evidence. On the physical side, given that Kassem's 6'1", this guy's equal or taller… he's alright looking… and he's not scrawny. On the game side, unfortunately we don't have access to his profile, so we'll have to extrapolate how on point his online profile is.

So forum, what percentage of this success is attributable to his physical attributes or his online game?

A large part, I think this is been discussed in more than a few OKC threads and should be no surprise. Everyone here likes to think that game is the deciding factor, because we all like to think we are in control of what happens. but for most people, and especially online looks are more important. In general I think looks are very important.

You have to be
- White or very light skinned Hispanic
- preferably 6'2
-Decent body/ average Face

With all that online dating is cake. It's no secret. Profiles don't matter. You can even pull off having a paragraph if you look good.

Women are hypergamous and tend to skew towards the top 80% percentile of men.

If they're dating long term off OKC it's likely the guy is a beta and the girl has ridden various alpha's cocks. He looks like a typical white guy, this is a very popular "brand" that girls enjoy on OKC. Most likely every guy this girl has dated has looked somewhat similar to this guy.

100% agreed, but I haven't seen more clear, convincing evidence than this vid. This shows in the span of 10 seconds what being white and 6'1"+ can get you.

When someone asks me what it takes to get laid online, I'll direct them to this clip (and for good measure, show them the previous 10 seconds of the short skinny ethnic dude admitting he's had no luck on Tinder).

They seem equal to me but then again I wouldnt rate her an 8 especially when you cant even see her body, her face isnt all that.
But the guys posting here are right about tall white guys and online dating, they can easily kill it on online dating!
