Same as tourist factor or white god factor when going to places in Europe and trying to hit hot girls in tier 1 cities, same happens in interior Argentina. If you go to other locations means less tourists and higher chances that the craziness and bitchning will be reduced. In Cordoba you have major university spots, Cordoba university the oldest in latinamerica, founded by spanish jesuits, circa 1600 AD. Rosario is like Buenos Aires, crazy impossible to hit bitches.

I'm sorry pal but Cordoba university is NOT the oldest in latinamerica.
The oldest university in America ( North, central and south america combined) is The national university of san marcos in Lima, Peru, founded in 1551, 3 months before the second one that is UNAM of Mexico.

I have to disagree with your opinion of Buenos Aires nightlife..

I have just lived there for 7 month and I really loved the nightlife there!! Have also lived in Medellin, Colombia and I found it easier to game in Buenos Aires than in Medellin!!!

Why?

1) BsAs has lots of great discos (especially Palermo) I have been to many, but not to Crobar yet.. with great music (I like electronic music and Argentinian cumbia). Argentinians LOVE to party and will go out EVERY weekend.. while many Paisas DONT go out to party often..

2) in Argentina, girls will go out just in group of girls with the clear goal to get some guys (not necessarily for same night lay, but to make out!!) ... in Medellin, girls will go out in MIXED groups and its not "well-seen" to make out with a stranger in a club!! so thats a HUGE plus for Buenos Aires!

3) in Buenos Aires you gotta have good looks and game! but looks matter a lot to the girls! (I am blond, blue eyes so this helped^^)
in Medellin I sometimes get the impression that all you need is money and social circle (looks dont matter at all here).. BsAs wins again!

4) in Buenos Aires there are tons of foreigns students, especially from Colombia and Mexico (I found the Mexicans VERY easy).. in Medellin theres not that many foreign students of other Latinamerican cities..

5) in Buenos Aires my argentinian friends kill it!! to make out with 5-7 different girls in a club is no problem.. in Medellin , though my Colombian friends don´t ever kiss a girl unknown to them..

I`d say: Buenos Aires clearly wins!! but thats just my opinion.. I am from Europe but speak perfect spanish, can pass as an Argentinian, really dig their culture etc. so maybe that helps..
and in Medellin, which is hyped at RVF I found it quite hard to make out/same night lay a girl in nightlife!!
