Cebu City apartment/hotel logistics.

Cebu City apartment/hotel logistics.
I'll be in Cebu City area for at least a week, maybe longer. What I know so far is that it is good to be near Ayala Mall for daytime, and Mango Square for nighttime. Any RVFers have any specific hotel/apartment recommendations you have tried? A bonus would be if the place had a fitness center and laundry on site. IKE, I am sure you could shed some light on this.
