Tosh.0 Production Assistant Mistakenly Killed by L.A. Sheriff

Three guys were held hostage in an apartment, and as they escaped police shot one in the leg and killed another one.

The guy holding everyone hostage was charged with the murder. The trigger-happy cops are on temporary leave but are set to resume work next week.

Sad all the way around.
