Memri is a legit organization, I think. They've been doing this for years, and I think they're British based, which means they'd get in a shit-ton of trouble if they were simply making things up for the subtitles because of the way libel laws work there.

In many cities there exists zones for housing, industrial, mixed use and commercial. In that mix you have ones here there are bars and restaurants. Broken further down there exists gay zones.
