I'm an optimist, and anything that gets fat women moving I'm in favor of. Hell, maybe one or two of them will say, "Wow, that dancing was really fun, but I was too easily winded to do it for more than 10 seconds. Maybe I should put down the cupcake and eat something healthy instead."

Seems unlikely, but if enough people are doing it it's sure to happen for at least one of them.

I lost 30 pounds in the last three months while sitting on my ass and never exercising. I simply adjusted my daily calorie intake to neither meet nor exceed my output.

Keep in mind, I started out 180 LB. I didn't have hundreds of pounds in excess weight, so what I lost with a significant fraction of my total weight. Losing ten pounds should be nothing for a fatty, since it's such a small fraction of their overall mass.
