the part about her having scoliosis and also missing a bunch of muscles would have been helpful in the title. Or the part about it being a world record.

I was going to say that she looks like she is qualified for marital sex, but that now seems heartless, given her condition.

That's the record for women, man. If you're willing to cut off your dick you might be able to take a stab at it.

Anyway, good for her! That's not an easy thing to accomplish, and she worked really hard.

I can't see the video from outside America.

Is it the usual saggy back plank that girls do at the gym? That doesn't do shit for your core, although you can last forever with it.

I've given a few real core strength tests to people who say they can plank 15+ minutes, and they'd fail instantly. e.g hollow body position, superman pushups, janda situps, ab wheel rollouts.
