I've read the related threads on RVF and seemingly everything else online and still blow way too quickly (20 seconds if I'm lucky). Perhaps you can try getting back on them but on a lower dose, so as not to cause as many side-effects.

Its a syndrome that men have when they jerk off using an iron tight grip, which eventually de-sensitizes their penis so much that they are unable to come from being inside a pussy. Yeah, if I'm jerking off regularly I'll take forever to come in regular sex. I don't use a death grip, but it's pretty firm. I've been thinking this also. If you could poll most broads (honestly) they will say they like it hard, rough, and quick. But it's easier said then done. I agree with this at best it is a short term solution, it will give him some form of control over his situation but it can come with a cost.

best short term solution i've found is viagra. you're refractory period is like 15 min then you're hard as a rock again.

make up some excuse for the first quick nut "stressful day at work i needed that" or "i havent jerked off in a month" or some shit and just buy some time to round 2. "round 1s for me round 2s for u"

long term solution is finding a gf to get comfortable with and practice with, and supplementing that with therapy such as meditation & similar.
