I'm looking for someone to sublet my BedStuy apt for July/Aug this Summer. $1000/mo. All Bills Paid, includes Wifi. Apt is 2 blocks from the Myrtle-Willoughby stop on the G train. 20 minutes from Manhattan. If you don't know, now you know, BedStuy is legit and safe and gentrified, and Brooklyn where it's at right now.

It's two rooms of a divided Brownstone. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with a flatmate who's never home anyway, but no one gets in here but me. Ideal for smashing. Could be ok for more than one person, but more ideal for one.
