Considering many college kids will be out for the summer, may apartments are being subleased for the summer....cheap apartments! However, some bishes will stay for summer school. This opens the door to new possibilities!


I have plenty of spare time in my hands and don't wish to do anything for the summer. A friend is subleasing a bedroom of his 4br/2ba apartment, two guys will be gone for the summer and the other one won't be there much. In other words I'll the place will be there for myself, the town is huge but small while two universities have 50K students. I'm thinking of leasing his apartment, bring my game up, and have a good time.....my other options are staying home and then flying to Russia, Colombia or Kazakhstan.

In other words:
50K student college town (more like 10K during the summer) & 400/month apartment.
Good deal or bad deal?

It would be nice to hear other member's input in this. I'm sure some of y'all have done this before.

Edit: I have a car but plan to use my road bike for transportation since everything is close by. There are a lot of local fresh veggies food so costs will be low. In case anything hits the floor, I'll hit a cheap buffet. The room has a bed and a desk.

I am in college for the summer and even though the Talent has dried up, it has allowed an influx of steady pussy. Plus the sun is literally stirring everyone's hormones (I can't be the only one haha).
There should be a plethora of pool parties and girls without much during the week other than work or fraternity parties.
Time is of the essence and one night stands are the rule, because every girl needs dick ASAP and waiting will be detrimental.

However if you have the time and money, you should definitely travel. College is not going anywhere and other than a couple parties, the talent is not significant to miss out on traveling experiences. A lot of people go home, but a lot of freshmen want to do summer A term and get the fuck out of their house, craving alpha cock.

I don't know anyone who stays at college during the summer. Everyone I know comes home

I've been in school for a few years, but this is the first summer I'm going to stick around. I'm expecting it to be more laid back than normal, but who knows. I'm going to up my game and just see how it goes. About half of the people I know are staying, so I'm not concerned about a lack of pussy.

I'm interested in hearing what others have done.

I quit my job and have about 10K saved up, trying it make it last through the summer. Not doing anything got boring pretty fast.

It's a commuter college but it's big enough that there are students staying in. With alcohol and a pool in the complex, pussy shouldn't be that difficult for an alumnus (or at least I hope not).

Then again, as LMMC mentioned....it might be a complete wasteland and financial loss.

What college town is it? It depends on the school, location, city, and student body. I'd bet that it's better to leave.

If staying in town with cheap rent helps you grow your business faster, and you know you'll be more disciplined that way, I would choose that option.

It's Denton, Texas....home of the music scene in texas (fuck Austin).

~50K students about 40 minutes north of Dallas. We're the liberal college of the area but I managed to pump and dump a local feminist leader.

Right now I'm not paying any rent and got everything I need but want to increase my notch count and do some real life game.

Great insight! I never looked at it that way, only in poosay ROI. Both places will help me get focused but I can't bang where I'm at during the day as people sometimes come and eat lunch at home.

Is your home in a place with lots of opportunity? Ten grand is a lot of money, and a decent amount of that could go to waste if your school isn't going nuts. Will it be boring living alone in hopes that you're going to go out and get laid? Will you have friends there?

I'm assuming you'd rather stay at school because you live at home with your parents, and logistics are not in your favor. Instead of spending $400 a month, why not consider staying wherever it is you live and buying a hotel room on an as-needed basis? If your friends are at home and you live in a quality location, could it be worth it?
