I think part of it is that lower class women have all these princessy expectations about getting married, and the men they're attracting can't meet those demands. She'll fuck and even date men who are unemployed or barely getting by, but she can't stomach MARRYING a man like that, perhaps because that's conceding that's the best she'll ever get.

The girl subconsciously wants a baby, the dude is a dumb fuck, and bam, now you have bastard babies.

The path to marriage is open to these women, they just don't want to put in the work that entails. Stay thin, cook for a man, be pleasant, fuck often. That's more than enough to secure a decent husband for non-ugly women.

There are lots of benefits to marrying a woman with out a college degree. I've known some excellent ones who never went to college.

Above all, college is where most women first get exposed to all this feminist claptrap. They learn about "rape culture" and other bullshit from Marxist college professors. The more "elite" the college is, the worse it is.

America's divorce culture has a far worse impact on lower classes, especially African Americans.

As a really smart guy, I used to think I had to have a really smart girl. I have found really smart girls to be more judgmental and less accepting than girls with average brains.

The less options women have, the better. Women who come from poorer countries are much more well behaved than women from wealthy countries. Let's face it, women were much more well behaved when they did not have freedom and did not have the ability to live independently from men. I think a lot of it is because the marriageable men (guys who earn enough to maintain a family) have been misled into believing that they should only marry career women. I remember a statistic which said that almost all marriages of college-educated grooms in America were to college-educated brides (and vice-versa). Men who've been to college will be hesitant to date or marry a woman who hasn't.

Like many on this forum have said before me, rich educated women work as a cartel to misinform educated men into behaving in a way that will benefit only the rich educated women.

Written by a well off woman who does not understand what it is to be poor. The reasons why a poor woman in america does not get married have nothing to do with personality traits, but economics.

1. In America, it is a financial detriment for a poor single woman to get married and a huge bonus for her to have a child out of wedlock. Bear with me for two examples

a) Latonya, who makes $25k/year has a child outside of marriage. Here are the gifts she now gets for being a low income single mother: low income housing eligibility, a much larger earned income tax credit, food stamps, free healthcare for her and her child, subsidized daycare, education grants and a state that will chase down the father for child support because she is on these programs. Its my job to do that math on this stuff and those benefits are equivalent to what someone making $46 to 50k per year would purchase out of pocket and have the same net disposable income as Latonya with her bastard child.

b) Lets say Latonya gets married and her husband makes $35k and she stays at home to raise their 1 child together. Guess what programs they are eligible for now? None. A few hundred dollars of EITC but none of the other things because Latonya chooses to stay at home. If she went to work her income would just go to child care. Furthermore, they would have less disposable income as there are 3 people that need to live off of that income and Latonya has to deal with another adult in her life vs. banging whomever she feels like after her baby goes to sleep.

So, in summary, a poor married woman has less freedom and less income than a single woman with a child out of wedlock in america, THAT is why they don't get married. Also, these people aren't dumb, they know what the benefits are and they know how to work them. My friend's own section 8 properties and the single mom's that live there will go out and work a few weeks of the year and then quit so they can get just enough earned income to qualify for housing, a big EITC bonus and food stamps. If they don't work at all they get nothing, but if they work too much they lose it.

If there was no government incentive for these women I guarantee they would be getting married as just a means for survival.

Edit: The whole 'college degree men, don't want to marry college-less women' is also just a lie to make career women feel better. If you can find a girl that hasn't gone to college, but also isn't mouth breathing, 4-loko drinking criminal she will be, young and less indoctrinated about women's rights and likely have some domestic skills as she has left high school and lived on her own without daddy's college fund. My most enjoyable relationships have been with women who did not have a college education or went as mature students.

Like Christian said which I point to in bold, is absolutely right. I've found a woman like this, she was raised conservatively on a farm, and though I met her while she was in college, she doesn't like the idea of making a career out of her life. She wants to work as a fitness instructor until she has kids then possibly homeschool them. She cooks and bakes very well too. She is not poor nor rich, but knows not to live beyond her means. Its also great that she backs me all the way.

They are out there gentlemen. And he's absolutely right about their happiness. She loves the fact about this future for herself. We get so downtrodden by the idea that all women are out to belittle and or use us but there is some hope left in some of the women out there. I think that we just need to look in the right places.

Poor couples largely get married for the wedding gifts. They don't understand holding a $20,000 wedding to get $12,000 in wedding gifts is a money loser. They just plow ahead anyway, registering at those overpriced gift registries, sure that they're going to get rich from all the guests they're going to invite, same as they're sure they're going to get rich every time they buy a lottery ticket. And the poor are the worst of all at managing and nurturing lump money payments. No matter how many thousands they get in wedding gifts, it'll all be blown through in two months. Then whatever wasn't cash will end up in the pawn shop.

I've seen poor couples get married to get furniture for their apartment as their wedding gift. Which quickly was stained and ripped to hell. And then they got divorced within six months. Total "trial marriage". The parents could have saved so much money by just writing a check for the furniture and telling them to try co-habitating first.

There's this crazy "ain't my money" thinking where the children want to spend as much as possible of their parent's money to hold the largest wedding possible to get the most wedding gifts possible. The smarter parents I've seen cut this madness off and just write a lump sum check to the bride. Suddenly with this money already in hand to spend on the wedding, she actually does the math and sees spending all that cash to get less in gifts doesn't add up. Getting married for $25 at City Hall is suddenly an option. And the parents can pressure that money to be put into a house down payment instead, since their name is still on the check (and it'll bounce if the parents don't put enough into checking to cover it). Whereas all those gift checks that come in addressed to the couple responsibility free just get frittered away like mad money on worthless crap.

For many poor children, the last time they are able to tap mom and dad for cash is by holding a wedding, so of COURSE they will get married. To them, it's free money.

Its understandable why men would want to get married, it's not necessarily a beta move. Having routine sex with a high quality woman is a better option that playing the Russian Roulette with one night stands and fuck buddies. Of course this is one perspective, personally I think a lot of men have to realise that the rules of marriage have changed. The provider, protecter role is no longer a uniquely cherished masculine quality.

I know of these naive guys who are just waiting to be picked up by the nearest average looking woman who would like them. So they can get a comfortable job and "do the right thing". I see marriage working with a red pill woman, who is a virgin or has had the minimum of two sexual partners, if anything they could add to your value (Albeit not something you should rely on , being external).

However this is a unrealistic expectation in the West, which explains why a lot of men are going to Asia to find wives. While the "successful" women become bitter, after saturating themselves with feminist rhetoric, to deal with the stresses of work; which men take in their stride. The poor women take the rational choice of opting for benefits and the beta males end up metaphorically castrated, a mere clown to be mocked by the media.

In a society where women understand their role and responsibilities, marriage is a great option. Because women take value that extends beyond sexual satisfaction away from a marriage, in theory, a guy can net a higher value woman as a wife than as a quick lay, as most of the quick lays go to the top 5%.

Of course, this doesn't work in an "all about me" "you can have it all" society where women in no way understand or respect their responsibilities.

If consistent sex is part of the deal, the average guy has an option to deal with his sexual needs efficiently and save his energy for projects that offer more than physical satisfaction. In a society where most guys will be marrying and having sex with hotter women than they would otherwise consistently bedding, this makes a great deal of sense.

But in a society where women have sex only when they want it and with whom they want it, this doesn't work at all and men are better off not committing to a woman at all, since in marriages where a woman feels no obligation to cheerfully satisfy her man, she's just a net taker. There is no such thing as poverty in America. Even the "poor" people in America have houses with A/C, hot water, 24 hour electricity, high speed internet, TV, and so on. Along with a massive welfare state to back them up.

You want to see what poverty looks like? Go spend six months living in a rural area in a 3rd world country, so rural that they are not even connected to the electric grid, literally in the middle of the jungle.

Following up on what Christian said, around 10 years ago Maureen Dowd (NY Times opinion writer) wrote several articles about how no one wants to marry her because she is a career woman. She was around 50 and never married then (she dated Michael Douglas at one point, and probably other alphas but none of them wanted to marry tho aloud mouth). The article is utter crap.

The reason is not because men are looking for "strong, empowered, educated" wymannn, but that the poor women generally already have a child from a bad-boy Alpha and are single mothers by the time those career-minded Betas are told to look for Mrs. Right.
