Watched this on Netflix the other day and it's quite interesting.

It's a short watch at 45 minutes, but it follows a couple guys as they use a Russian e-mail order bride service to find girls in Russia.

It's painful to watch at certain points because the guys are extremely blue-pill, and you can see the Russian girls working them like a stripper to a newbie, but it was somewhat eye-opening to me.

The girls are average, that's the irony, but there is twin sisters who are pretty hot.

I didn't watch the documentary, but I know two guys from my hometown who did the "mail order bride" thing in the nineties. One engineer, one IT guy. Solid dudes, but the type of guys who usually get fucked by family court.

Anyway, both guys married beautiful Russian girls in their early 20's. Granted both dudes pay for everything, they are the providers, but both guys' wives have been faithful and they have nice families with kids.

The American dream. These guys have 20 years on me, so, I only knew them through my parents, but I remember as a kid thinking to myself how beautiful their wives were. I also remember my parents talking about it. It throws American women for a loop. It's the ultimate fuck you to American chicks to have a beautiful foreign girl who's loyal while American women self-destruct all around you.

I think its changed somewhat, but statistically, American men who marry foreign girls have a divorce rate of 20% compared to the American divorce rate of 55%.

I don't do online dating, but I also plan on settling down with a foreign girl. I don't want to raise my kids in America though.


Is this documentary trying to steer guys away from this route McQueen?

I hope not. I think its important for guys to take the red pill and learn game first, but still, guys are going to do better getting a wife abroad. Whether its a latin girl, Eastern European, Russian, or Asian, foreign girls make better wives.

It's science. In my opinion, the biggest "red pill" truth that our society tries to deceive men about, is how much better foreign girls are.

It's how I found Roosh. I literally typed in something like, "Why are Eastern European girls so much better than American girls?"

Edit: By the way, I see McQueen ending up with a latin chick by the way he's talked about them on his show. Make that 1-5 latin chicks..

The documentary is relatively fair, but they do have a social justice warrior fembitch who tries to make it out that many violent and controlling men use it and that they are looking for a "submissive wife".

The owner of the dating site actually said: "These women aren't affected by the negative feminism that's taken root with American women".

Worth the watch.

I'll take a look but I'm sure it's cringe-worthy.

I just can't believe that guys are still doing this now as opposed to actually going to these countries for a couple weeks and seeing what women are really like there. And actually doing some work and gaming (or at least trying to game).

Shows just how thirsty guys are in the US these days and how little game most guys have I guess.

With the divorce laws so heavily skewed against men doing this sort of thing is like risking every financial asset you have. Taking a girl away from her family, friends and country and putting her in a new environment is a lot to ask.

That said, there was a study done a few years ago that showed that these types of marriages actually stand a better chance of succeeding that those between native-born Americans (!).

Yea, I don't understand that either...the best girls you generally have to meet in person in my opinion.

Going back to the states for a few months tomorrow....not looking forward to it.

My main concern about America has become less about the women and more about the overall dismal situation.

Actually I've seen this before it's pretty interesting.

The woman who claims that one of the central issues with these arranged marriages is women in these marriages being abused is being so misleading it's almost criminal. She acts as if there are all these violent men doing this. When in fact it's a bunch of beta herbs with no game but who want a family who trying to get the hell out of the US sexual marketplace by doing this.

Actually, the real reality is that way more men become victims in these marriages and get scammed but if I recall correctly the video doesn't dwell on that fact too much.

So once again we have the mainstream media focusing on the pretty much non-existent 'women's rights' angle while ignoring the realities of the "Divorce Corp" anti-male divorce law problems in America.

For a Russian girl being sent to live in an American suburb with no where to walk in high heels and have to listen/live with some feminist guy is VERY abusive. I mean like REALLY mind boggling abuse. Boredom is very abusive to these chicks. Life without risk and danger and red lipstick doesn't compute.

In most second and third tier cities in Russia most girls would jump at the chance to leave with one of these guys in MY experience. To live in a three bedroom house and a middle class American suburb, access to cars, supermarkets with tons of choices in foods, a real climate instead of 9 month winters, super low interest credit. I was 31 when I left and I had an 18 year old girlfriend and several girls who were interested in me I think as a ticket out. I think we're underestimating the poverty of the average Russian girl most people don't live in Moscow. The over 35 year old girls especially are screwed as most will probably never find quality mates. I see the 40 something year old women especially who came of age during the collapse of the Soviet Union the SMP was especially hard on them with men who couldn't support a family these women were royally screwed of course she's gonna show up at the airport I knew she would her options back home are much fewer.

Fully agree with you that to many of the poorer girls from smaller towns the allure of going to the West will be pretty strong. Most have nothing going on really.

But it's not like it was 20 years ago...they still get a lot of exposure to the west, many have traveled outside Russia, and they get many western products and retail stores + iphones & Instagram (probably the biggest items for fostering shitty western values).

So the reality will end up falling far short of the expectations, and thus I think jimukr's points hold true.

That said, as someone pointed out, only something like 20% of these marriages don't work out...but I bet when they don't its a total disaster with the girl cheating, getting fat, then guy getting taken for a lot, wash, rinse & repeat.

That is literally, almost word for word, how I found Roosh as well.

I'd find it impossible to ever consider a born and bred American girl in the future. They don't even seem like real women to me at this point.

It's awesome to watch American chicks surrounded by Eastern European girls. They are totally intimidated and they know they're outclassed (mentally, physically, values, personality, etc.). It's like watching a Ford Focus trying to keep up with a Formula 1 car.

Just to add more to this discussion I know of three guys that did this and are still happily married. However, these guys are red pill guys that are fit, financially successful, and well spoken. I know for a fact one protected his assets with a pre nuptial aggreement (was already well established). Obviously that makes a difference. These girls are used to being around alpha male types and they won't respect a weak man. I think a confident man that has his shit together could actually do well and find a life partner where a beta will get schooled.
