Hey guys

I'm thinking in traveling to Europe between the end of July to the end of august. basically 4-5 weeks. Now i have heard that in this time of the year there are places that are empty, and others that are packed. Which cities do you recommend to visit in that time of the year?
How much time would you spent in each place? I was thinking in staying 5-6 days in 5 different places, but im not sure if thats the best approach...
I dont have any preferences in a particular place, i just want to have fun, meet new places
