I admit I didn't escalate fast enough but she might still be interested a little bit. She just became really boring recently. Lame ass responses to my questions/comments. Little flirting, not like before. Just kind of listens and responds with some low effort bullshit. But at the same time she's not monotone and disinterested. Just boring as shit and low effort. I starting withdrawing a ton of my attention because I'm wasting my energy. Drop her?

If I ignore her completely will I look butthurt? I realize she lost interest because I never made a move but she's a coworker so I'm not going to make a move.

Don't shit where you eat.

Banging coworkers is a stupid move unless one piece of unknown pum pum is worth causing problems in the work space.

Keep it casual with her and look for bangs outside of work.

What is there to drop? She's not invested in you, so she's not dropping anything.

You don't have to ignore her completely, but remember the ratio - you put 2/3 of the effort in she does. 2/3 of one word is about zero. If she tries to talk to you and you ignore her, then that looks butthurt. Just be the 60% guy.

I used to follow the co-worker rule but I don't think it holds. Tons of people meet at work today because that's the closest thing they have to a social life.

I'd be careful calling other members "idiot". Go back and read your post and see if what you said makes sense. You're saying you never made a move because she's a co-worker, so that makes no sense to guys on here. Are you going to make a move or not? It sounds like you're saying you're not going to escalate because you work with her. If you don't escalate, what's the point?

The best thing you can do is go out and meet some other women. If she's actually interested in you still, you being involved in other women is going to spike her interest.

I keep constantly reading threads here where the answer is always: escalate for god's sake!

Before I joined here I spent a long, long time reading the forum to get a feel for it and absorb new information.

It actually pisses me off that people don't bother to do the same…they want everything for nothing.
