One of the most basic, if not the most basic reasons of why I fall in love a city is whether I have regular access to 18 to 21 yr olds. That is why Cali,to me, beats Medellin. I don't always prefer or seek women that young, but the first week I concentrate on that age group. Things seem to flow better when young women have a real taste for older men. Also, that mindset makes it easier for me to get the higher end 24 to 30 yr olds later. Now I know this doesn't apply so much to E. Europe, but that one reason why Colombia is probably where I will end my days.
