Hi guys,

I'm thinking of getting my Divemaster on Mactan Island. After his help out in a diveshop for a couple of months. Anyone experienced in this place?

Where to stay? Where to go? Plenty of easy girls around?

Or any better suggestions for a dive holiday in the PH with plenty of girls around?

I'm a diver but I didn't dive there, I spent a day at a resort up on Mactan Island two years ago, its a great place to take a girl from Cebu, the beaches were nice although more family oriented, not much of a party scene up there as you'd have in Boracay. I also spent a night in Lapu-Lapu, which is a city on Mactan Island, it was run down, much like the rest of Cebu. Overall, I wouldn't choose Mactan Island to do my dive master over some of the other options available but the best part about being there is its close proximity to Cebu, which is a pussy gold mine. Other areas that I would recommend to do the dive master would be: Dumaguete, Malapascua, Bohol and Palawan (Puerto Princesa, El Nido or Coron).
