Genuinely when the pictures came out I didn't give a shit, I am so far removed from celebrity culture that I didn't know who most of the girls are. This attempt to criminalise the mundane, the media support for the concept that actions without a victim is reason to begin to censor the Internet, to make people who have done nothing but look at a naked picture into criminals is disgusting. So self created images belong to the creator forever? No one can ever look at anything anyone has ever made without their permission in case it makes them feel bad? Once again feelings are more important than objective reality.

Because that was the sentiment in the 1950s and continues to be the way people think in many other parts of the world.

Jennifer Lawrence has always struck me as a complete cunt from her body language and interviews. She gets a lot of positive press for being nice and "relatable" and such, but a discerning eye can clearly tell she's totally self-absorbed and is just good at putting on a front. The fact that she then went on to take hundreds of nude selfies (narcissist) and essentially called herself a rape victim (what else is a sex crime?) once they leaked supports my character assessment.
