What is up with girls like this? They call you "bro" and act kind of like a jock in a locker room.

I do sense insecurity lurking behind a false bravado, however.

I went night-gaming with my partner in a well-known venue in Thailand. We had a room 2 mins from the place. I’ve come across many Asian-American women who are into sports (especially USC or UCLA grads) – there’s a few in my office who are heavily into NFL and/or college football. I had lunch last week with an (obese) white work colleague from Missouri last week and she says she’s gonna try and get me to join the Fantasy Football League. I didn’t say anything, but I thought “Good luck, fatso!”. I’ve never come across a FOB Asian woman in the US who has any interest in American sports whatsoever.

I think it’s an American thing, I'm British and most British women hate talking about sports.
