Compression for Recovery?
I have recently started training for my first triathlon and as a result, I have been interacting with lots of long distance runners and cyclists. I have been hearing a lot about compression socks, calf sleeves, arm sleeves, etc. for increased circulation and faster recovery among other benefits. What is your guys opinions on this?

RE: Compression for Recovery?
Seen a lot of weekend warriors using it, talked to a few people who say it works, going to try it next season.

My first triathlon I was mostly worried about drowning or getting kicked/punched during the swim, haha.
