It seems to be the consensus on the forum that Spanish women (along with Italian and Greek women) are prudish, frigid, and cold sexually.

If that is the case, how come are Latin American women considered more sexually liberated? Of course, I don't argue with the fact that they are, but since Latin American cultures adopted Spanish culture when they were taught statehood and their language by the Spaniards and the Portuguese, how did this come to pass?

It seems that southern European women in general tend to be fairly more conservative than the Latin American ones, play harder to get and also seem to have an overall higher taste in men and are not satisfied easily.

Different geographic zones, different cultures, most spanish don't have that much to do with latinos other than their extrovertedness. Same goes for portuguese women compared to brazillian women, remember that the mixes made were not exactly homogenous, there is quite a bit of variety in those countries. In Portugal/Spain/Italy/Greece it's not quite the same. Although I can't say I have had a lot of experience with greek women, from my dealings with Portuguese (native), spanish , and italians. I am pretty sure the portuguese are the hardest and most prudish, although in terms of difficulty and looks it is improving quite a lot.

Still, I would say none of these countries are particularly worth it, too much of a catholic influence... check the Protestant dynamics in North Europe and the Catholic morals in the south and you shall see the differences, mentality, women and their ease, and even economy.

I believe you understated it my friend, they don't only have an overall higher taste in men... They overestimate their own worth and think they are little princesses. In Portugal per example the attractive guys faaar outnumber the attractive girls, I know super cool guys that are single or have abysmal girlfriends, who still demand to be treated as 10's. Incredible.

But there are also differences even within the same country, for instance in Northern Spain, like in Barcelona, Bilbao and Santiago de Compostela women tend to have a cooler and be more open minded and svelte than those in Madrid, Andalusia or Sevilla.
The same applies in Italy, in Milan and Firenze women are also a lot less traditional than those in the south like in Rome or Naples.

Correct. Here in Portugal I consider the nothern chicks much cooler and not as hard. There are attractive women of course, but are they worth the time spent to get them? I wouldn't really say so. In terms of personality they are quite rough to be honest. I always prefer foreigners. Much easier and much more pleasant.

Not too sure about this. The stereotype actually goes that getting laid in Bilbao (and in the Basque country in general) is extremely hard. I personally have zero experience w/ Basque girls but there are many popular jokes about them being frigid annoying etc.

I don't really think it's a north-south thing, it mainly has to do with close social circles even in medium sized cities. I wrote a datasheet about Valencia a couple of months ago.

The main problem in 2nd tier Spanish cities is that most students live with their parents and still keep their friends from highschool (so there's tight social circles, the mentality is different and hookups are rare).

The exception to this occurrence are obviously Madrid and Barcelona, where college girls from small towns and villages are overwhelmed by livivng in the big city and the mentality is different.

Basically, most Spanish girls are a lot like Argentinas, many attractive ones but they're not easy to pull. In Spain whoever you can find a lot of Colombian, Venezuelan and Romanian women so luckily there's a bit of everything.

Comparing old world Spain to new world former colonies there was quite a bit of difference.

In the colonial days most Spanish men went to countries like Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, Phillipines, etc and didnt bring their wives along. They were encouraged to (and did) bang local and slave women like there was no tomorrow and mixed the population. Centuries of rape and the resulting mixed bastard children created a more permissive sexual environment than was common back in hardcore Catholic Europe.

Places like Argentina are the exception in Latin America due to the lesser degree of indigenous/african blood and immigration of waves of Italian immigrants that also practiced Catholicism.
