Something I've never really understood about this whole war on steroids is who gives a fuck? Let people who want to do steroids do steroids. The vast majority of these people are recreational gym rats, they're not hurting anybody, and they just want to look better.

Of course everything testosterone is bad, and the female hormones aren't banned.

They all go, "ooohhh he's on steroids/prohormones? That's why he's more successful/has more money/has a hotter gf than me. Ban steroids so he can be brought down to my shitbag level. Without steroids he would be nothing!"

The consequences of this act though is that people are going to be more likely to just source the real thing rather than prohormones. There will be an upshot of UGLs and shitty gear with more abscesses, sicknesses & who knows what else. Most of the UGLs are run by fucking idiots who shouldn't be cooking their own food, let alone making gear for others inject into their body.

Easy political move for politicians to pander to the masses and ban prohormones.

Greatly increased risk of hepatotoxicity versus injectable AAS ie testosterone cyp/eth. In my personal experience way more negative side effects. Require many cycle support supplements/drugs as well as post-cycle drugs to re-balance hormone levels after coming off of them.

Overall, the ROI is not worth it.

If you're considering going the pro-hormone route, you might as well go with the real gear, you're still going to deal with the side effects and you're not going to get comparable results.

Does Congress ever do good things? I'd like to here some examples of them actually freeing people up, or passing good laws.
It seems in general that the purpose of a parliament, a legislature, and a government, is to do bad things behind the protection of "there is nothing you can do to stop us".

Because it is creeping up in HS sports. To many kids bow are using gear to try and get a head and get scholarships. A grown abs full developed man can do whatever he wants, but its not good to see this trend creep down into High Schools.

This is easy bait for lawmakers. How could you push for testing in schools? Parents would have to sign off on a vae by case situation. If they decline it can't happen and is basically useless.

It's a low key issue here in Canada with hockey. A lot of Jr. A kids use gear as a means to get above that level to make Jr Pro and be in positions to be in the prospect pool for pro hockey after that.

It seems like it's pretty easy to get legit androgens these days for any grown man who isn't playing professional sports. The normal range for testosterone is so large you could drive a truck through it so you just need to find a sympathetic doctor who thinks you're on the low side and you'll be all set.
