I can't offer an opinion, except that true post-ops are rare, however I have a somewhat related experience.
I've been in bed with girls, and suddenly some aspect of their appearance looked masculine. this was enough years ago so there was almost no chance they were post-ops.

I quickly felt a sense of disgust, and then when I thought about it realized how biologically except for of course chromosomal and bodily details wise, they are creatures much like us.

All women have some masculine qualities, and vice versa.

That feeling of shock I had was maybe my genes giving a warning-- do not expend resources to try to reproduce with this person.

Based on your description, there is close to zero chance she is a post op tranny. She very well could just be a high T woman, which would explain her face and sex drive.

However, there is also the real possibility she may have been born with some variety of intersex syndrome, which can cause nonfully developed genitals requiring surgery. As I understand it, some of these people are chromosomally male, some not. This condition is much more common than people realize. I have read that quite a few successful models are intersex because the condition can create unusually striking women. There is no way to know except by asking her, which will probably not go well regardless of the answer. She herself may not even know, since this is often concealed by the parents to protect the child.

I guess I would stay in if I felt comfortable enough and bail out if I didn't.
