Just thought I'd throw out a story to encourage the new members and remind them not to be too hard on themselves during the learning curve. It is after all, life long. So enjoy the ride, both highs and lows.


Last month I was heading to the mall to pickup something specific, but had been on a 'life' winning streak all week. New job, new girls, new towns, ect. Normally I don't cold approach in the mall EVER, but the positive buzz I had made me want to start on one end of the mall and not let a single IOI go left unchecked. It was on like Donkey Kong, so I got in focus and started swagged through the door.

Due to it being early lunch, I had started right in the middle, at the food court. Girls go into eat, then walk around a bit to finish off their lunch hour. It is perfect timing to let the chicks watch me walk past, check their interest, then open them in other parts of the mall with less people around. I decide to bear left and the game began.

Well, within 10 steps I see in the distance a stare. That was quick! My confidence level boosted and the swaggered deepened. I didn't make eye contact and kept walking, changing my path a little bit closer to the table, as it was on the far edge, and may have presented a an opportunity for a stop and chat session. I was in rage mode.

A few steps closer and she started staring at my crotch. HOLY FUCK! On the IOI scale, cock gazing sits at a 9. Now I'm definitely gonna make contact. I divert my path a few degrees closer, still walking at a slow confident pace and looking forward. The testosterone started pumping.

Suddenly her gaze changed ever so slightly. She made a weak eye contact and then looked back at her friends. Body movement moved slightly away from me. I was only a couple seconds from the edge of the table, and contact was imminent at this point. At the last possible moment, I had to make a command decision to reverse engines and steer full starboard. There was nothing my ears but wind, and nothing in my view but clear sky. The abort was painful.

Instantly my mind started racing, trying to compute what had happened, but my instincts were more powerful and told my legs to get to a safe place. I rounded the corner to the main corridor of the mall, put a kiosk between me and ground zero, and started the AAR (after action report). During the initial inspection everything seemed in order. I checked for boogies, looked at my hair in the mirror, and looked down. And there it was. My fly was wide open and I was fucking free balling. Epic fail. I adjusted myself, did my errand, and left the mall.

See, I wasn't embarrassed. Many women have seen my penis, including plenty of strange ones. My decision to not continue wasn't based on feeling defeated, but rather I go sit and have a couple beers, and to reflect on why I'd overlooked such an important pre-check.

It wasn't hanging out of my pants but it might as well of been. If that had happened when I was 18, it would have been a month before I'd ever even looked at another chick.

I posted this because I see a lot of tension in new members. Over analyzing and getting stressed are frame killers. Girls will see it instantly. You got to have a fun/playful vibe to make you opener successful.

^ I agree. I'm guilty as charged. I literally had to peel myself off my chair to go out and do 5 approaches last week. I over analyze. I consider myself new to game although not a complete beginner at this point.
