I'm looking to get business insurance for my LLC that is part of ROK and also Reaxxion. Since there is no office/retail space, I'd mainly need insurance against frivolous lawsuits, which could happen since the sites write about public figures. Any advice on companies I can talk to?

Some big names here like Chubb's, AIG, Hartford. These are companies that have been around a long time.

None of those companies underwrite policies directly to consumers. They all go through brokers. You have to find brokers that specialize in what you want, which is probably media liability. Most of the brokers go to most of the same underwriters but you still have to approach 3-4 brokers to get the best deal because there's always a few underwriters where there is no overlap and this is usually where your best deal is. Rates vary wildly so it behooves one to shop around dilligently.
