RE: Refeed Days
You'll probably get better information on Lyle Mcdonalds forum. Also, you should list your goals and where you're at bodyfatwise.
Since you're already eating 75 g of carbs a day, you probably don't need to schedule a refeed unless you're feeling particularly drained.
The weight that you dropped might be some fat (I have no idea how fat you are, how much you weigh, your BMR, or your other macros), but the majority of it is probably water. If it's working for you and it hasn't fucked over your training (assuming you train), then keep it up for a couple months and see what happens.
If your lifts stall or go backwards, you wake up feeling like you haven't rested, you can't sleep, and you don't get morning wood anymore then do the refeed and work from there. You might only need one every once in a while.
