Guys - it been a long time coming but I finally found my unicorn and am getting married!



Met her online on a dating site geared toward finding women more suitable for marriage and romance, and after a couple meetings when I flew over to meet her I just knew she was the one for me. Just a feeling I have that's hard to describe. So I figure why not roll the dice (like El Mech has said for years), settle down, pop out a few kids and live with my soul-mate for the rest of my days?

I wanted to say thanks to everyone on this forum for the game advice. It’s been very helpful, but now that I’m soon to be blissfully married to my special snowflake (I call her “Pooki” btw) and I are going to live our our days together forever. Who needs gaming when you have this kind of love?

My bride-to-be and best man (Jeet) are just about as thrilled as all of this as I am – here’s a photo of them last week when we were all celebrating in Novosibirsk – good times!!:

I’m sure after a few years back home with me in the States Natasha will take to life in the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, learn our Western values and pick up all our good habits and it will be smooth sailing from here on out. I plan on just relaxing a lot more now that the search is over and I can settle in to a comfy married existence. My gaming days are over!!

I was wondering just how many people would fall for it....I will be straightforward on my posts from now on

PS no plans on taking myself out of the game anytime soon. As far as I'm concerned the game never ends..

@Veloce - love the song reminds me of some of the old Russian movies I'd see in language classes. And that guy in the video is smooth as silk too
