I've been reading these forums alot lately and the overall consensus here seems to be that Western women in general suck, and I'd totally agree, but mainly women from the US, UK, Australia, Canada or New Zealand have been mentioned, with very little said about Irish women.

I've travelled quite abit and I've been to all of the counties mentioned above, but I have to admit, as an Irish man currently living back in Ireland, I think that the women here are probably the worst of the lot. Okay they might have a slight novelty factor to foreign guys because of their accent or the colour of their hair (although redheads aren't as common here as you might think) but after that they have very little redeeming qualities, only bad attitudes and ridiculously high standards. Basically the vast majority of Irish women are 5's who think that they are 7's and are constantly seeking male 8's.

The other factor to take into consideration is that Irish guys are seriously upping their game. We've always made up for our apparent weak game with our cheeky/friendly demeanour and much revered accent but now you've got lots of guys getting absolutely ripped in the gym and spending serious amounts of cash on clothes/overall appearance and lifestyle. In short, there is some serious competition out there between Irish guys and Irish women in comparison are well below international standards, but somehow can still pretty much hook up with whoever they want to, which is massively boosting their already falsely inflated ego's and is giving average guys nothing but scraps to feed off.

The worst part is that Irish women can openly criticize Irish guys and nobody bats an eyelid, but if you even mention the words "Irish women" & "ugly" in the same sentence you'll have all variety of feminists, or even worse, white knights, chomping at the bit to try and shoot your argument down and put you back in your apparent place. It's totally ridiculous.

To me this video pretty much sums up the plight of Irish men. It was filmed for an Irish TV show at the European Football Championships in Poland back in 2012 and depicts mostly average looking Polish chicks tell the obviously Irish man hating female presenter how great Irish guys are, while she takes typical sly digs at us ever chance that she gets. The video ends with her interviewing some Irish "women" who are only too happy to put Irish guys down even though they are only 2's at best.......and that's probably insulting 2's.

They could not have done a better job of implying that Irish women are bottom of the barrel in that segment.

We see some cute, pleasant and down-to-earth Polish girls being interviewed by a snarky, passive-aggressive Irish cunt who could be cute enough is she stopped trying to be a man. Then a few heifers at the end rudely interrupted by the interviewer in the middle of their grazing.

Any self-respecting man would conclude that this little segment attempting to belittle Irish men fails spectacularly. Hilarious.

That was an excellent video. It was a worked example of how a woman from the Anglosphere belittles, negs and undermines the value of the men in her natural dating pool. She was rating Irishmen at about 3 or 4 which is exactly how I'd score the Irishwomen she interviewed who were bemoaning the lack of Irish talent.

The difference between a man's Home and his Away values is probably the greatest for an Irishman in other parts of the British Isles and Europe.

Polish women like Irish guys because in comparison to most Polish guys they are actually more good-looking if they did not grow fat and they are more open, boisterous and extroverted than the Polish men. If most of them were not so fucking drunk when in Poland, going out in rat-packs and upped their Game a bit, then they would get laid more.

Jeez, I thought British women were the worst in the Anglo stable, but if the obnoxious brat of an interviewer is in any way representative of Irish females, then I may have to take that back.

But it's not only the shift in beauty that you notice between the Polish women and those Irish wenches, for me the change in attitude hits you like a brick in the face even more so: From the feminine, sweet, courteous, positive Polish young ladies to the cynical, entitled, jaded, snarky, spoilt Irish brats- all in an instant.

Brick Top's OP is one of the most salient first post from a new member that I've seen here.

It sums up the whole shambles of the Western/ Anglo dating market.

The Polish women are more attractive in many ways but what are the odds that a Western man would have a more interesting philosophical conversation with them too?

I really think this is something that can develop naturally as long as the mind is open to receive. It has less to do with the culture and more the individual. I've had good conversations with supposedly "simple" southeast asians. There are always bright minds.

On the otherhand i've never had any woman in the anglosphere say anything remotely insightful. The solipsism and toxic enabling culture mind pollution overrides natural sensibilities. Most are good at regurgitating truisms they heard somewhere and want a social golf clap to accompany their wonderful "insights."

It's intellectual garbage in/out most of the time, when not occupied in their primary profession of being a cum dumpster of course.

Sadly I doubt it.

I noticed a lot of anglosphere men even when abroad like to retreat into a bottle of booze.

This post hit the nail on the head. No one on that show thought to think maybe the interviewer was deluded, as everyone she interviewed was positive and she was the only dissenting voice.

Funny enough, I was banging an Irish girl for about 6 months a while back, and she was completely down with being a once-a-week sidepiece. Of course it wasn't heading anywhere, but she was the only girl with her head screwed on right that I was banging at the time, and one of only two or three since. Maybe this had something to do with her not being in Ireland, and/or me not being Irish.

Irish girls are better than UK girls though. I travelled around Ireland a lot a few months ago and noticed that 18-22 year olds in student cities (Galway, Cork and part of Dublin) were the most attractive. I met/spoke to hundreds on my trip. I noticed that nearly every girl has a boyfriend but is open to 'shifting'. The beauty does fade very fast post graduation from college. I think this is down to the almost extreme drinking culture (10 day trip I was in a packed nightclub every single night). Obviously the long term effects of alcohol will deteriorate levels of beauty.

That said I did find them to be more carry than their UK counterpart. For some reason the girls loved my British accent. Dublin was a hit and miss, unless you go to Coppers everywhere else is very seasonal. Cork seemed to have the highest quality. Several blonds ran passed me at Cork train station saying "hi" and disappearing into the train station. I was shifting this 18 yo girl, real petite brunette, in the Savoy nightclub before her friend (male) grabbed my shoulder and said "she has a bf". She ended up going all anti slut and walking away from me. I later that night discovered that my hotel did not take kindly to additional guests. A real disappointment there.

In Galway I was drinking with about 7 army dudes. They kept taking the piss out of the sheer contrast of my style to theres. (Blazer w/ pocket square vs t shirts) they were quick to call me a faggot because of it. Anyway this cute 18 yo brunette walks passed and asks me whether I had seen her friend. Never met her or her friend before in my life so I sit her down on the empty seat, kino escalate and build sexual tension and shift her within 3 minutes. Her friend comes and drags her away and the army dudes look at me gobsmacked and asked me how exactly I did that... They mentioned that Irish guys are too passive/lazy/scared to actually talk to the girls but noticed a trend where more guys were becoming forward and that those guys were literally raking up all of the girls. I tell them what I did and leave and meet the girl again. I am shifting her again and he friend starts taking photos... Biggest problem I have with Irish girls is the obsession of taking selfies. They actually have rooms in nightclubs specifically for the purpose of taking selfies.

I'm not trying to paint a picture of all Irish girls having a slutty nature. I did meet one waiting for a bus who genuinely seemed like a decent human being. Held eye contact well, was generally interesting to talk to and seemed to have her shit together. Just the one though lol.

I would recommend Ireland to any English speaking person (from the UK) who has never travelled alone before to go there. It helps tremendously that the language barrier is only drawn down to an accent barrier. Providing your hotel is okay with you bringing extra guests being direct and discreet will work wonders. I'm not really a fan of fucking being bins/in parks or on benches.

Worst girls I spoke to were in fact American. One being a blond stuck up Philadelphian & the other being a jew looking girl who "only fuck black guys".

My taxi driver from Dublin airport to the first hotel summed up Irish girls up perfectly in one sentence. "they are sexy until they get married, then they pile on the pounds".

As for overweight obnoxious feminists types they were on my avoid list. I was only looking out for girls I found physically attractive. They were the ones I chose to talk to. Except some rude as hell retarded bitch who kept talking to me while I was having lunch in Limerick.

As I was mainly looking for 17-22 year olds and mostly went to bars/nightclubs most girls were thin enough for my standards. I did make a redhead 18 yo's cheeks go red by telling her she was the 8th best looking girl I saw that day in trinity college. She was probably by far the best looking redhead I had seen in Ireland. I didn't see many that registered as being attractive to be honest with you.

I think people might be over analysing this video a bit. Remember this isn't a documentary. It was shot for some shite television show and the reality is most people will say anything to get on television. Don't get me wrong, I'm in agreement with most of the comments on this thread. I just feel as though thinking that this video sums up all that is wrong with 'Anglo' women (I suppose that's the term we're using) is flawed. As it is most likely set up for effect.

This thread has put a thought in my head though. The mass immigration of mostly Irish males aged 18 - 30 from the Motherland to foreign soil over the last 5 years must have the tipped the ratio quite bit. I would think that being a good looking young lad with a decent job would be worth considerably more today than it was during the Boom. Can anyone back home comment on this?

It's been a couple of years since I've been home but from my experience the terms 'white knight' and 'feminist' are not part of the Irish vernacular. I never even heard anyone say white knight until I moved the States, I had to Google it. I'm not doubting you of course, perhaps things have changed. I'll be sure to look out for it next time I'm back.

If ever there was a video which illustrated the stark reality of what Irish men have to put with it’s this one.

We have an obnoxious, snarky, mean-spirited Irish woman (Jennifer Maguire) interview a procession of friendly, sweet, pleasant, feminine hot Polish women. She berates the Poles for speaking of Irish men positively, riling them with choice cuts like “are you drunk?", “you don’t get out much, do you?”..amongst other pathetic put-downs like how Irish men drink too much (yeah the reason why Irish men often drink too much is because we have to put up with you and your ilk, sweetheart.)

Never mind how slagging off Irish men is seen as a bit of a laugh and no big deal (imagine if a male reporter was to do the opposite, you can bet your right arm he’d be labelled a misogynist creep within pissing time.)

Now, you would expect the Irish women who give us Irish men such a hard time to be such paragons of beauty and virtue themselves? Not at all. The entitled ditchpigs and troglodytes bemoaning the “lack of talent” at the end unfortunately are fairly representative of what passes for Irish womanhood today.

So if thinking of hitting Ireland do so for the Guinness, the rich culture and history.

Ireland is one of the most genetically homogenous countries in the world, I don't know where you're getting any notion of this mongrel genes stuff. The only substantial immigration to Ireland has been in the last 15 years, and even then most of it has been from other European countries. The population is still 96% white and European as of the 2011 census. 'Pure' Irishness is the average Irish look of light brown hair, blue eyes, and pale skin - the 'black Irish' look of dark hair and sallow skin is a myth not born out by actual demographic facts.

The unattractiveness of Irish girls is largely down to their own native Irish genetics, unfortunately. Pale skin, freckles, and reddy/brown hair is not generally a good look. Added to this you have:

- Year round bad weather, which means no incentive to have a good beach body
- Horrible diet / abuse of alcohol, both of which contribute to the extra 10lbs most Irish girls carry around.
- No real gym/sports culture for girls

This results in most Irish girls in their 20s being a solid 6 physically. They look OK in a cocktail dress, but once you get them out of it they're carrying that 10lbs too much.

They also generally have an awful amount of ego for some reason. Expect lots of vicious rejections from average at best girls, who think they're at least 2 points above where they actually are.

Overall, not a great target for gaming unfortunately.

On the plus side though, they do generally have quite fun personalities as friends. Levels of pretentiousness are far lower than in other countries - girls will actually cut loose and get nicely drunk and have fun on nights out. I'd far rather spend a night partying with 2 platonic female friends who're Irish than pretty much any other nationality. So that's something, I guess.
