To be even fairer, they aren't really feminists. When they say stuff like "feminism means equality for everybody", and apparently believe it, it's obvious they don't have the first clue what they're talking about. They might as well say "Nazi-ism means autobahns for everybody!".

To be a proper feminist, you need to do the following:

* Subscribe to the core of feminist ideology, which is a conspiracy theory about a vast, worldwide, multi-thousand-year plot by "the Patriarchy" to oppress all women for the benefit of all men.

* Convince yourself that "gender" is a "social construct", i.e. men tend to be masculine and women tend to be feminine because of the nefarious designs of the evil, moustache-twirling Patriarchy.

There's a lot more crypto-Marxist bullshit to it than that, but those are the core planks of feminist theory.

There are other tests that the aspiring feminist must pass to be taken seriously by the coven. These don't all relate specifically to ideology, many are simply shibboleths that any social group tends to create to distinguish between the in-group and outsiders. The would-be feminist needs at least one of the following attributes:

* Have a (________) Studies degree
* Have some sort of funky hair dye / piercings / tattoos / pixie cut to signal her commitment to being unique... just like all the other freaks
* Be fat
* Be a lesbian
* Have an abortion
* Be a rape survivor (don't worry: the veracity of your survivor story is optional. Just say Haven Monahan did it)
* Snark

So don't fret, girlies! If you're not ugly now, just follow the feminist programme for a few years and you, too, will be able to post your selfies to #feministsareugly unironically.

Nope, not true. Some of these kids are just hungry to obey the conventions of their time, and they know full well that by doing that they will be accepted by their peers, get access to nice pussy, and get ahead in the world. A subset of them are ambitious players who will do very well. Case in point, adjusting for a different generation:



It is true that young kids of every stripe don't have much power in the "real world", but the older versions of some of these young manginas are likely to have a great deal of power, and to imagine otherwise is just wishful thinking.

This is good game. It's demonstrating that when you say feminists are ugly, girls will qualify themselves to you. Ironically, most of the participants are objectifying themselves, which goes to show you that:

A) Women love to be objectified.
B) No matter how much they deny it, looks matter and no one wants to be ugly, showing that stuff like fat acceptance is a crock of shit.

If you asked them to explain what feminism is they couldn't give you a brief rundown of what the core beliefs are or give any consistent answers. They may be able to parrot Dworkin or some other pseudo-intellectual extremist though.

Feminism is essentially whatever offends that particular woman's feelings at the moment with superficial grrrl power presentation.

That is insane. As was said above, just shows that under all the blubber is a potentially attractive and much happier person (more on this below).

I've gained a few pounds before, and then took it off. Now I'm in the process of really stepping up my gym game now that I'm entering middle age.

Point is, how does one just let that happen to themselves. I honestly think, as has been suggested around here, it's a mental disorder. The most obvious evidence being their behavior, the shrill, don't-criticize-me borderline NPD. If they treated the crux of the problem, their weight gain, instead of insisting 'beauty at any size' crap, many of their problems would disappear. As most of us know, it's hard to beat the high of a good workout, and eating healthy improves one's mood.

Of course I'm preaching to the choir here. Feminists are too busy attacking a company selling protein supplements for shaming fatties. Can't promote the idea that being fit and attractive is actually a good thing.

Some of it is definitely mental disorder but it's also combined with a culture that enables the women can do no wrong mentality. There's also the growing persecution complex. The lack of self analysis which leads to lack of motivation and self improvement. That's where all the hysteria and blaming of the patriarchy boogeyman comes from. Any and all personal flaws get attributed to outside causes...ie. men in general.

The underlying hypocrisy is that women don't have to do shit but men must do everything right. This goes along with the whole feminist attempt to reshape standards of attraction etc.. to fit into their narrative.

There are also so many simps who buy into this and cater to this new cultural reality that the women just become more bloated and ogre like. It's a race to the bottom.
