First of I believe Lenny Kravitz is a vegan but Im not sure, he has excellent genes as his mom was hot well into her later years (The lady married to the white guy on The Jefferson's), and it is entirely possible like the entire cast of Spartans and 300: Rise of an Empire they just airbrushed those on him. Smoke and mirrors and photoshop isnt just for women anymore. That look is totally attainable in 90-120 days with no supplements and or gear, but if you had those natural genetics I doubt you would be asking. Gear<hard work<genetics. Thats really not even a muscular body just lean, but its actually the preferred body type of most women thus the majority of rock bad boys try to maintain the svelte look. Think of Jim Morisson and Elvis when they got fat it just killed their career. Thus the longevitiy of someone like Iggy Pop, musically not at all relevant, but he's still out there with his 28 inch waist and his face looking like a california raisin, and still banging horny young music fans. The rock star six pack will never go out of style. I make it a point to not get into double digit body fat at my age for appearances sake, fat around your midsection is a medical marker for practically every preventable disease that could kill you. Plus If i grow out my grey beard and allow myself to get undisciplined with my diet or training, I immediately look ten years older. Nothing says "No, thank you" like Dadbod.

I thought you were being sarcastic saying 155 lbs and 10% body fat is unattainable without gear. Im 44, 160 lbs and 10% BF, I dont even do supplements or protein powder.

6 months of lifting with a a VERY restrictive diet and lots of cardio would get someone that look

The UFC Featherweight weight division is 66kg (145lb). Jose Aldo is probably about 155lb post weigh-in weight @ 5ft 7:



Lenny Kravitz is also 5ft 7 apparently. So while he is nice and cut, and looks good in photoshoots, in real life he must be absolutely tiny. Hes probably 140bs or so.

That's a push ups and sit ups only body. Besides a bit of the abs development, that was my build from 18-30yo. Pretty easy to get there. He doesn't seem to have any back or much arm development either.
