Anyone else think most of these street interviews are set up? I watched Kimmel doing similar things and it's clear that most of them are just playing along to get on TV - and probably a tshirt or tickets.

A Prof in Canada, I believe at Western University, had a study related to this. He basically found that women, overwhelmingly, over men, no matter education or class standings did not give a shit about news, politics, etc and in favor cared more about brain rot such as gossip and celebrity news. Kim Kardashian was again used as a example with more women knowing more about her intimate life then being able to name subsequent Canadian Prime Ministers or details on mainstream important events.

Of course all of us men know this. From a young age I never understood why women like trashy tabloids, that if you actually try to sit down and read, make no sense, are not believable, and just recycle the same crap on make up and handbags. Women will counter that men just think about boobs and sex all day and that is correct to an extent but they forget that men spend all of their day thinking, which is the key word, and its on a lot of stuff not just boobs and booty.

Many women I know don't think, they just talk. I know this because women have a hard time remembering things unless its about them or trivial shit. I have a good conversation memory so many times I "creep" women out by remembering details they told me. They likely were spewing nonsense and/or many don't remember details they tell me.

The prof in question got hammerd for his research. Woman's groups tried to label him as a mysogonist and he had to do tap dances when talking to the media on his work to not hurt feelings.

Women only care about security and access to resources on a individual level. After that nothing of importance matters to them. Even "educated" women fall for it. Ask any paper trail women to give in depth and critical assessments on any topic (aside fr thier field they are indocrinated in) and they can't (or they just recycle talking points or spit out memorized robo answers). They hit you with proper grammar and English skills like that makes the difference in measure mental ability to actually grind the gears in your head.

So none of this surprises me. Kim Kardashian is the most famous public figure to women. Many could name more men she has slept with then former Presidents and this isn't just a USA thing. Globally women from Bangladesh to Bolivia are all down for cheezy gossip and brain rot. Again I don't knock women for it, it is who they are and I can accept them for it. Its just funny how they all like to rejct that you can distract a woman with a tub of ice cream and a Kardishans marathon. They front like they are "better than that"
