Looking For A Tip Someone Shared Here A While Back
Hey,

This is kind of a random thread... I'm just looking for another thread basically that was posted here ages ago but I couldn't find the link.

It was a thread that (I think) included a video where a guy showed some secret for making his razors last forever??

The guy was an older dude I think... This was posted here maybe 2 years ago and it may have been in the lifestyle forum or the everything else forum.

Just wondering cause I'm trying to budget and cut corners for a trip.

I've heard of rubbing razor blades on denim to resharpen them.

Or get a safety razor. The blades are $0.13 each.

I soak my razors in olive oil after every use. I get twice the use out of them.

I don't have the link but I remember how to do it.

Just run your razor upwards against a pair of old denim. It only takes a few passes.

There are tricks to extend the life of disposable razors, but they won't last forever. If you really want to be finished investing in blades, buy a good straight razor.
